Do you deliver around Charleston?
Yes. We print in Charleston and serve the whole Lowcountry, including Mount Pleasant, Summerville, West Ashley, James Island and Daniel Island. Pickup in the Charleston area is free, and we ship anywhere in the US.
How long does an order take?
Most personalized items are printed and ready in 3–5 business days. Custom jobs depend on size and quantity; we'll give you a date with your quote.
How do I pay?
Items with a "Buy on Etsy" button check out on Etsy. For everything else, send an order request and we'll confirm the details and email a secure payment link. Nothing is charged when you send a request.
What are the prints made of?
Mostly PLA, a plant-based plastic that's great for decor and gifts. For parts that need more strength or heat resistance we use PETG.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are made just for you, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it free or refund you, your choice. See refunds and reprints.
