Broken or wrong?

If your order arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered (wrong name, spelling we changed, color or size), email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll reprint it free or refund you, your choice, at no cost to you.

Personalized items

Because they're made just for you, we can't accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, including spelling or details entered at checkout exactly as printed. Please check names and spelling before you order.

Non-personalized items

Non-personalized items follow the same damaged/wrong rule.
